Are you stuck in a cycle of ineffective communication with your partner or co-parent? Are you considering separation or divorce and are unsure of what to do? Have you tried absolutely everything you can think of to make it better? Do you feel overwhelmed in how to move forward without anyone else, especially your children, getting hurt?
When it feels like your relationship is crumbling around you, it often seems impossible to imagine a way through this that doesn’t include the complete destruction of your family.
My name is Karen Jennett, MA, NCC, LPC-Intern supervised by Jay L. Jeter, LPC-S. I specialize in helping couples by negotiating relationship repair, navigating their separation or divorce, and/or building successful co-parenting skills. With children-in-crisis experience and over 10 years working as a family law paralegal, I bring a unique understanding and specific knowledge to individuals, couples, and families struggling to constructively deal with relationship changes. In my work with you and your family, I promise to listen carefully with an open mind, to reflect back honestly and directly what I hear, and to stay constructive and practical.
If you are seeking individual or couples counseling after work, I accommodate busy professionals with evening hours and time on Saturdays. I want you to get the help you need when it works best for you.
