INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP OPTIONS

What Is Anger Management?

Anger management at Riverbend Counseling helps you understand what is happening beneath your anger, whether it shows up as irritability, outbursts, shutdowns, or feeling overwhelmed and reactive. In therapy, you will learn how to recognize your triggers, identify the patterns driving your responses, and build the skills needed to slow down, stay grounded, and communicate more effectively.

We offer Anger Management both in person and online, typically led by Jay Jeter, a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist (CART)

Together, we work to strengthen emotional regulation, reduce stress, and create healthier ways of navigating conflict so you can respond with clarity instead of intensity. Each session is tailored to your goals, your history, and the changes you are ready to make.
