I provide my clients a compassionate approach to understand your struggles. I initiated my experience working with victims of domestic violence, then worked for two years with immigrant families and youth suffering from depression, anxiety, family conflict, couples counseling, self harming, delinquent and defiant behaviors.
I bring passion to my work because I have personal experienced struggles with anxiety, depression, toxic relationships, substance abuse and eating disorders that help me to truly understand what you are going through. I understand your pain and I can provide you a warm and caring therapeutic relationship.
Living most of my first 26 years of my life in Mexico and moving to Unites States in 2010 made me understand the struggles that latino population and immigrant families face when if comes to adapting to cultural changes. I understand your cultural needs and I am eager to be part of your journey at River bend Counseling.
I was born and raised in Reynosa Mexico and moved to this area in 2010, earned a degree in Masters in Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology. I joined River Bend Counseling in March 2018 as the first Bilingual Therapist.
