Do you offer online therapy sessions?
Yes, we provide both online and in-person sessions to fit your lifestyle. Online therapy is conducted via secure video platforms to ensure privacy and comfort. Services are available only to clients located in Texas.
How do I know if I am ready for therapy?
You do not have to be in crisis to start. Sometimes you just know something feels off, and you are tired of carrying it the same way. Making space to check in with yourself is a way of showing that you matter too. You do that for everyone else. Maybe we try it for you.
Julie likes working with cycle disruptors. Those are people ready to get curious about the patterns they inherited or fell into. You look at what is no longer working and consider doing it differently. If something feels off, we start there and figure out what it is telling you.
What if I am the person who is always fine?
Therapy is not only for people in crisis. Many of Julie’s clients are capable, self-aware, and used to handling things alone. You may be the person everyone depends on. Underneath that, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or worn out. Therapy is a place to understand those patterns and look at what you actually need. Being strong does not have to mean carrying everything alone.
