Rima Kaikhah LPC-Associate
Life is a journey and can sometimes leave us feeling totally out of control. Are you or is your child experiencing hopelessness, fear, and worries? Is your child exhibiting negative or destructive behaviors? Children can exhibit hopelessness through antisocial behavior and self-harm. If you are living your life in black and white, while others are experiencing life in full color, I can help you change this and find the beauty in life. Life does not have to be so painful, together we can resolve your issues and help you find meaning and harmony in life again.
My name is Rima, and I completed my graduate work in counseling at the University of Rhode Island. My professional background includes extensive experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings.
As a parent of three children myself, I know how difficult it is to have to juggle everything life hands us while trying to be the best parent you can be. You are not alone! I am passionate about my work and about helping and empowering my clients. You can reach me via phone ar email. I look forward to being able to help you.

There are seasons of life that can feel so overwhelming you no longer know how to cope; or perhaps you feel that coping itself has always been a challenge. Whether you are experiencing those struggles on your own or in the context of a relationship, you are not alone and there can be relief. It is my personal and professional belief that we each have a sense of what we are striving for, but sometimes in life we are challenged with daily tasks and stressors, perhaps even traumas, that distract or discourage us from focusing on our values and overall well being. My goal is to provide a place for processing these challenges while facilitating solutions and healing.
Services offered: individual, couples, and family therapy.
