My name is Kelsea Puckett, LPC. I have extensive experience in helping families in their journey to healing. I specialize in helping blended families and adolescents who are experiencing social anxiety or feeling overwhelmed by life.

We can work together in a nonjudgmental way to address long-standing conflict and to restore balance to relationships. Problems have solutions. Over many years, I have worked with adolescents to help them better understand the root of their anxiety, improve their life experience and to restore harmony to families.

Jay Jeter LPC-S, BTTI Graduate

Jay Jeter LPCJay Jeter is a Licensed Professional Counselor (Supervisor) in New Braunfels, Texas.

With over twenty years experience as a clinician, and a graduate of Amberton University specializing in solution based therapy, he is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among his areas of expertise are OCD and Anxiety Disorders.
In addition, Jay has presented at conferences to general and professional audiences in America and internationally on topics ranging from brief therapy to dream work. He is a Clinical Supervisor for Master’s level graduate interns and provides continuing education training for other therapists.

Jay Jeter, LPC is a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist. His treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. He incorporates a blend of conventional and alternatives approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. With sensitivity and compassion, Jay works with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.

Working collaboratively with clients, Michael uses an integrative approach to help individuals learn new ways of relating to their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in order to strengthen emotional and relational resilience. Pain is an inevitable part of being human that we have all experienced. Stressful and painful moments often seem so overwhelming to handle. Depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, relationship issues, trauma and other stressors can be difficult to overcome; and I vow to stand with and for you to serve you through this hardship.
I specialize in the treatment of couples issues, depression, anxiety, self-image, grief, and trauma. I am a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counseling Associate. I have a foundational therapeutic orientation in Person-Centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. Through a holistic approach to therapy, my goal will always be to work collaboratively with you to better understand you and your goals and create tailored plans to help you reach such goals.

Beginning therapy can be a scary and stressful process for anyone. I want to reassure you that I am here to walk along side you in a nonjudgmental way and accept you for who you are. You possess to the power to be an overcomer and to find true healing; and I would love to help you in this fight.

I am a graduate student at Lamar University enrolled in the Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling program. I am passionate about helping couples and families build better communication skills and improve their relationships. I follow a systemic approach to therapy and believe that to understand people and their challenges it is important to understand the systems and relationships they are a part of. I want to help individuals develop tools to manage anxiety and depression, reduce stress, and develop healthy coping skills.
